The origin story
Born from too many group chats.
It started the way most good ideas do — with a problem that was quietly driving us insane.

Ves · Joe · Ben
Every few months, the three of us would start planning our next run of events. Gatecrasher, Insomniacz, Frantic — maybe something in Ibiza before the season ended. The excitement was real — but so was the chaos.
The group chat would explode. "Did you get your ticket yet?" "Who's booked accommodation?" "Are we going by car or train?" "Wait — is Ben even coming to this one?" Screenshots of confirmation emails flying everywhere. Half the crew sorted, half completely in the dark.
We tried spreadsheets. We tried pinned messages. We tried a dedicated WhatsApp just for logistics. None of it stuck. Stuff fell through the cracks. Someone would miss a deadline. Someone else would double-book a weekend. And every planning session started from zero.
"Who bought tickets? Is accommodation booked? Are we going by car or train? Do we even know who's coming?"
— every pre-event group chat, ever
So Ves built the thing that didn't exist yet. Not a ticketing platform, not another calendar app — something purpose-built for the way rave crews actually operate. Crews, events, members, plans, all in one place.
Track who's got their ticket. See who's booked a hotel. Flag travel as sorted. Know at a glance whether your whole crew is aligned or whether someone's about to miss the best weekend of the year.
Whether you're going solo or rolling deep with ten people across three cities — Ravevolution keeps the crew coordinated so you can focus on the part that actually matters.
The name? BK — Revolution. Ves's favourite tune. The track that's soundtracked more of these nights than any other. Felt right.

This is my crew.
Where's yours?
Stop planning in group chats. Start raving with a real plan.
Made with love (and mild sleep deprivation) by ravers, for ravers.
Ravevolution is a web app for rave crew planning — not a music event, club night, or promoter.
